Gender Workshop

A gender workshop was held in the frames of the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) project - implementing the Industry-led Skills and Workforce Development Project aiming to establish a new, innovative, work-based and industry-led TVET program in General Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management and internationally recognized certificate courses. Project implementation group and main stakeholders attended the workshop.The workshop was planned and led by the project gender expert – Nana Berekashvili. The main objective of the workshop was to discuss gender challenges that are faced in vocational education and General Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management.
