ToT in Gender
On April 25-26, 2017 the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) conducted a Gender ToT at the Tbilisi Marriott Hotel. The ToT was organized as a part of the Millennium Challenge Account Georgia funded Industry-Led Skills and Workforce Development (ISWD) project.
Potential trainers, lecturers and experts from various fields attended the ToT. Nana Berekashvili, the project’s gender expert, planned and ledthe TOT. The main objective of the event was to inform potential lecturers about the existing gender challenges in the educational system as well as to address the issue of gender sensitization and develop analytical skills as concern gender issues.
